Our newest client Rajasree LLC, selected  TradeMark as their property management company of choice to continue the enhancement of their 2nd year investment in the well situated complex. Within walking or biking distance to Six Flags, Lake Michigan and The Harbor, this nicely updated complex of 1 and 2BR apartments is one of the areas most popular for clenliness, onsite maintenance staff, and full time Property Manager. 

We have big plans on the drawing board with benefits to residents that are not available at any comparable property. This is a very competitive business and people have access to many resources to help them select the best apartment and amenities for their life style or for the family.

We will differntiate our services and benefits to our residents by hosting a business center, on-site tax preparation with elecronic filing and instant refund capability. The Pond is going to be a busy place this Summer with activities for the kids to operate their own RC boats.
