2005 - 2011 TradeMark Property Management was founded in 2005 following the sale of a 30 unit condo conversion in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood. Over the years our growth has been fueled by word of mouth from our clients, attorneys, real estate Brokers and neighborhood community associations. Each referral allowed us to expand our coverage area and to increase the number of units under management. Our growth has been well managed and we continue to exceed client expectations and bring value to every relationship. As of 2011 we manage residential properties on the South side of Chicago, neighborhoods like South Shore and Hyde Park and on the North side from Lincoln Park to Rogers Park, and North Suburban communities to Waukegan.
April 2011 TradeMark announces becoming an affiliate of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (CBC-NRT). What that means for TradeMark is formally being recognized by one of the countries largest real estate firms for our expertise in the commercial property management and leasing space, same as we have been recognized for through our residential business with Associations, investors and Banks.
Our residential real estate license is established with Coldwell Banker Residential, Lincoln Park Plaza office from which we buy, sell and lease residential properties of all types. So now we have both Coldwell Banker Residential services along with our affiliate relationship with CBC-NRT and full service offerings across the real estate spectrum, and still a single point of contact for our clients. What the single point of contact has done for us is to establish a relationship that our clients describe as 'the personal touch'. We founded the company on that philosophy and it serves our clients well.
June 2011, TradeMark announced being selected as the preferred Chicago Metro 'go to' services company for Conix, Inc, www.conixinc.com one of the countries most successful private equity real estate firms offering liquidity solutions to Banks. Through Conix relationship with Chicago Banks, TradeMark provides Conix with on-site assessment of properties, neighborhoods and trends in bringing together Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) data for the purpose pf purchasing portfolios of Bank owned real estate.
